He started this company in 2006 and has worked both domestically and internationally to provide educational services to children and adults with behavior issues. In 2013, Dr. Pritchard launched our sister company, Lodestone Academy with the express purpose of filling a need for high quality behavior analytic services for folks suffering from severe behavior problems. He used his wealth of experience to structure the center programming and staff training to provide the highest quality of care to Orlando’s students.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Pritchard is the associate editor of two behavior analytic journals and has published in multiple journals within the behavior analytic field on a wide range of topics from teaching verbal behavior to changing driving habits. Dr. Pritchard has also served as the President of the Association for Science in Autism Treatment, on the Executive Council of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, president of the Tennessee Association of Behavior Analysis and was a member of the Supervision Task Force of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Dr. Pritchard’s passion lies in utilizing behavior analysis to enhance the education of students who are otherwise unable to be served by the standard educational practices. He fervently believes that disabilities and behavioral disorders should not mean education should not be provided. While the use of behavior analysis is certainly helpful in reducing problem behavior, its real power lies in the ability to best teach skills that will make the problem behavior unnecessary.
Rhonda Dunlap; Chief Operating Officer
Rhonda has been with JKP Analysts, LLC since 2009. She was born and raised in Texas. She spent six years in the financial industry working with banks and savings and loans. She has ten years’ experience in credit union management, working closely with federal auditors to ensure compliance to fast changing laws. In addition she provided training to the management of other institutions on use of electronically submitted general ledger data. This was followed by eleven years’ experience as a licensed Childcare Administrator and Director of Training for a campus housing 75 adolescent girls. She was instrumental in overhauling and restructuring the administration for that facility. In order to help the residents of the campus understand the value of giving back, she established and directed a clown troupe that did outreach in area hospitals and nursing homes as well as at community functions that served as fundraisers for the foundation. After leaving Texas, (with a brief pause in Nebraska) she settled in the foothills of South Carolina where she headed up fundraising for several organizations. She and her husband, John, have since lived in Belize and the Dominican Republic. Upon moving to Florida she founded and operated a canine training company and for six years was active in pet rescue. She has now been enjoying the Florida sunshine for twelve years. She enjoys traveling, books, her dogs Sassy, Skeeter and Dolly, bonsai trees and her pet flying squirrel, Poley.
